Jose holds a Master’s degree in Quality Engineering from the University of Central Florida, where he specialized in continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This advanced education, combined with his certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has equipped him with a deep understanding of process optimization and quality management—skills he has successfully applied across industries.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Disciplined Agile® Scrum Master, Jose also brings extensive expertise in project management, complementing his mastery of Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.
